A Morgantown magazine Mover & Shaper, Health Care Edition.

From frontline hospital staff to indie acupuncturists, trauma therapists, and bodyworkers carving their own paths, our Movers & Shapers Health Care Edition brings you wellness professionals who are redefining what health looks like in this town.
After a decade working in high-tech, Elizabeth Halliday-Reynolds made a radical shift. She was in her 40s, stressed, overworked, overburdened by life, and barely keeping her head above water, she says. It was then that the founder-to-be of BlissBlissBliss—a full-service wellness center serving Morgantown since 2008—discovered yoga and massage and completely transformed her life. Since, she’s become a licensed massage therapist, aromatherapist, yoga teacher, reiki master, and entrepreneur.
Within the walls of her Green Bag Road wellness center, you’ll find a grounding space that offers many forms of bodywork including massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, energy work, and yoga. Workshops on crystal healing, Reiki certifications, and a thriving yoga teacher training programs have gained momentum, too.
BlissBlissBliss, with Halliday-Reynolds at the helm, endeavors to help the community thrive and empower individual healing. She says she believes that helping people feel good in their bodies unlocks limitless potential. “This work that we do is a calling, and it’s not about healing others,” she says, “It’s about guiding individuals to heal themselves and create a balanced life while avoiding burnout and prioritizing self-care.”
