Quantum Bean Coffee was barely a year old when it won BOM in 2020, and it’s had no trouble holding its title. Customers love the neighborly Greenmont location and the urban chic coffee bar. But the biggest draw is the small-batch, freshly roasted coffees and owners Samuel and Susan Bonasso’s farm-to-cup philosophy. This winter, may we suggest the delightfully re-named Chai BOM—a dirty chai with pumpkin spice—and the Fairy Brew, a tea latte.
