Yvonne Prutilpac bought a van just over a year ago and sent it down to South Carolina to be outfitted with everything a mobile grooming shop could need. She merged her passion for grooming dogs with an innovative business idea, and the Morgantown community has responded overwhelmingly. Now the secret is out: Y B Dirty Mobile Grooming was voted Best Dog Groomer for the first time this year. Prutilpac has more than 500 dogs in her database of clients and just hired her first employee so they could take on even more furry clients, seven days a week. “The advantage I deliver is that I truly, truly, truly am doing this because of my passion for it,” she says. “I genuinely love this, and I think my clients know that. The dogs definitely do.”
