Kat & Co. founder Katreena Snyder gave us three great reasons to enroll your child:

• Mental and physical health go hand in hand, and dance is a positive and much-needed outlet. Many students leave their stress and problems at the door before walking into the dance studios—they call it “stop, drop, and dance.”

• They have multiple genres of dance, for both the student who wants to dance one day a week or the college prep student who would dance two or more days a week. It’s the same instruction at a different pace.
