Vegetarian dishes are cooked on a separate grill, and diners on vegan, gluten-free, and other diets find staff knowledgeable about ingredients and modifications. The popular Burger Wednesdays—regarded by culinarily-trained executive chef Zachary Smith as a creative outlet, to all of our benefit—include the Impossible Burger as an option. Great news if you loved the vegetarian chili at the former downtown location (RIP): A coming menu update may bring it back.
