Cyclone Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds rotini or penne
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1 medium cucumber diced
  • 2 yellow bell peppers diced
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups Italian dressing
  • 3 ounces feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta according to directions on the box.
  • While it’s cooking, mix all other ingredients except dressing and cheese in a large bowl.
  • Drain pasta and, when it’s cooled, combine with mixed ingredients, stirring dressing and cheese in last.
  • Refrigerate at least one hour to meld flavors; adjust salt and pepper to taste before serving.
