Monarca’s Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 7 tomatillos
- 3 jalapenos seeds and membranes removed
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 white onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and blend 2 to 3 minutes.
