Last Chance to See the Sap Flowing

Watch maple syrup made and taste the results this Saturday.

If you like pouring real maple syrup over your pancakes and walking in the spring-awakening West Virginia woods—and especially if you like supporting West Virginia’s maple farmers—make time for the second of this year’s two Mountain State Maple Days this Saturday, March 15.

For a fun and easy day trip from Morgantown:

If you do all three stops, it comes to about two hours of drive time, much of it on pretty backroads.

Not up for the drive? No problem! You can enjoy a brunch of waffles with Authentic Appalachia maple syrup 9 a.m.–2 p.m. at The F.A.R.M. in Granville.
